Managing your site

When you use Sharedbase, you have an easy way to manage your website, so that your members can have more value from their membership. You can easily add content or approve member-submitted articles, documents, events and other information.

You can be the only person with administrative permissions, or you can allow additional people to manage all or part of your site. For example, your assistant might manage the subscriptions, while a volunteer takes responsibility for checking documents uploaded by members. It's your choice whether to have 1 or 100 administrators and you can change it at any time.

Site admin or control panel

When something needs attention, the built-in messenger sends alerts to administrators. This could be because there are photos waiting for approval or because a member has uploaded a new file to the library. It might also be a member request regarding the directory, or some member news for publication.

Just log in and check your messenger to find out what needs done.
